Led by skilled local practitioners, these sessions are designed to inspire creativity, connection and personal wellbeing in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Yoga with Eleutherial Yoga
Join us for a Peaceful Morning Slow Flow, a gentle and nurturing Vinyasa Yoga session focused on breath connection, soothing movement and waking the body up for a beautiful day ahead
11:30 - 12:30pm
MELT with Liron Weiss
Experience MELT, a gentle self-care treatment using soft rollers and balls to rehydrate and restore the body’s connective tissue system (fascia). Participants will MELT their feet and use the soft MELT roller to help rehydrate the body, reduce tension, improve mobility and balance, and create a greater sense of ease and wellbeing. Suitable for everyBODY.

Tai Chi with Estelle
Tai Chi, the Chinese art of moving meditation, works on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels and is best known for its ability to reduce stress. The workshop will include breathing exercises, Taoist yoga, sticking hands and tai chi form.

Writing Poetry with Matt Black
An easy to enjoy workshop with helpful and stimulating ways into writing your own poems, led by poet Matt Black. Matt is an experienced workshop leader, author of various collections, writes for adults and children, and was Derbyshire Poet Laureate.

Biodanza with Andrew Webb, Biodanza Warwickshire
Biodanza is a system of music and movement that unleashes your vitality for healthy living. Whatever your age or fitness level, Biodanza is for you. It’s fun, easy, and will leave you feeling happy energised and alive. It’s about learning to dance with life and rediscovering the joy of living.

Belly dancing with Shimmy Dance
Shimmy Dance are a community-based belly dancing group from Warwick, who love to dance and share this with other people. Our workshop will teach you some basic moves and a short choreography to a familiar song.

Singing for Joy with Jill Davis
Peace comes from within and we can feel it when we sing. No experience is necessary for this session - all are welcome, even if you think you can’t sing. Please join us to sing together the heart’s song of peace that we all yearn to bring into being.

Gong bath with Jotipala
Jotipala is a qualified practising therapist of over 20 years experience, offering soundscapes that use finely-tuned instruments and a range of powerful gongs. Every session is a unique experience: participants submerge into entrancing frequencies and drift into a blissful uplifting stillness that supports physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Qi Gong Tai Chi with Swan Tai Chi
Join Debbie & Paul from Swan Tai Chi for a soothing & relaxing hour’s workshop – beautiful & meditative tai chi & qigong movements combined with deeper & more grounded breathing. All designed to enhance the flow of vital & healing qi energy, making it beneficial for physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.

We'll be there to teach you some fun Latin Dance steps and movement. There's no need to be a top class, super-dooper international standard dancer - if you know your left and right, you'll be fine. We'll also have our fantastic team with us to give a spectacular Cuban Salsa Rueda demonstration!

Heart Chakra dance with Cali Jones
Join us for a joyous Heart Chakra Dance Session! This meditative movement is a global phenomenon at retreats and festivals. It forms part of the programme of Intuitive Dance sessions that facilitator Cali holds monthly locally and at festivals and retreats worldwide.

Singing for Wellbeing – A Feel-Good Community Singing Experience
Join professional vocal coach and choir leader Sarah Morris for an uplifting and relaxed singing session designed to boost wellbeing, confidence and connection. No experience is needed – just come along, have fun and enjoy the power of singing together in a supportive and welcoming environment.
